A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
Questions are always welcome.
Here are a few things you might be wondering before you begin.
Do I need to know which service to choose?+
No. Start with an initial consultation. You can share your goals, ask questions, and explore which wellness services may fit your needs.
What happens during brain training?+
During the standard 33-minute training component, you sit comfortably in a reclining chair while small sensors on your scalp and ears monitor electrical activity. You listen to music, with brief audio interruptions providing feedback. You don’t need to concentrate or perform tasks.
How long is the first appointment?+
The initial NeuroFeedback consultation lasts 75 minutes, costs $120, and includes a NeuroFeedback session. Follow-up sessions are $80, with a 33-minute brain training component. Total follow-up appointment time can be confirmed when booking.
Can I come for support with anxiety, sleep, trauma recovery, or ADHD?+
Yes. We welcome people navigating these concerns who want complementary support through NeuroFeedback, rest, and brain wellness. Brain training does not diagnose, treat, or cure these conditions, and does not replace care from licensed healthcare professionals.
What does an HRV scan tell me?+
Heart rate variability can be one useful measure in a discussion about stress and recovery. NeuralChek provides a snapshot, not a complete picture of nervous system health or a medical diagnosis.
Are results guaranteed?+
No. Each person’s experience is different. We will help you set realistic wellness goals and reflect on your experience over time.
